Steps:
- First, prepare the shrimp and broccoli. Next, in a medium pot, set 4 cups of water to a boil. While that's happening, mix the chicken stock, sugar, soy sauces, oyster sauce, sesame oil and white pepper and set aside.
- Blanch the broccoli for 30 seconds. Remove and drain. Let the water return to a boil, and blanch the shrimp for 15 seconds. Remove and drain. The shrimp will be about 60-70% cooked.
- Heat the wok over high heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of canola oil around the perimeter of the wok, stir in the garlic, and add the Shaoxing wine. Next, add the chicken stock mixture. Bring the sauce up to a boil, and add the shrimp and broccoli back to the wok.
- Once everything comes to a boil, drizzle in the cornstarch slurry until the sauce thickens and starts to cling to the shrimp and broccoli. There should not be any standing sauce, although you can adjust this depending on your personal preference. Serve with steamed white rice!

BROCCOLI SHRIMP CASSEROLE
We loved this creamy cheesy, broccoli casserole. Adding shrimp bulks it up and could be served as a main meal or a side dish. Cayenne adds a little heat to the casserole. But we really enjoyed the bacon. It adds a smoky flavor that's nice with the savory cheese and creamy broccoli cheddar soup. Done in 30 minutes, this is an easy...

Steps:
- 1. Fry bacon to a light crisp. It will be baked later for 30 minutes later.
- 2. Cut up broccoli into small pieces (if you didn't buy them that way from the store). I steam the broccoli for 3 minutes and drain.
- 3. If your shrimp is frozen, place in a pan of hot water to thaw. Don't overcook, they will be baked for 1/2 hour later.
- 4. Put the broccoli cheddar soup in a small bowl. Slowly stir in the milk into the steamed broccoli. Add and stir in the salad shrimp.
- 5. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a sprayed 2 or 2.5-quart casserole dish. Put the larger shrimp over the casserole dish evenly. Cut the bacon into small pieces and spread over the casserole dish.
- 6. Sprinkle on the cayenne pepper to your taste. Place in a preheated 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the cheese over the casserole.
