Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli stems or 1 lb fresh broccoli, cut into spears,cooked and drained
1 lb firm white fish fillet, fresh or thawed frozen (cod, haddock or halibut)
1 can campbells healthy request cream of broccoli soup or 1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon margarine, melted
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In 2 quart shallow baking dish, arrange broccoli.
Top with fish.
In small bowl mix soup and milk and pour over fish.
Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture.
Mix bread crumbs, margarine and paprika and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

10 oz frozen broccoli cooked and drained or 1 # fresh cut into spears and cooked.
1 # firm white fish
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2-1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C bread crumbs
2 T butter or margarine - melted
1/4 t paprika
Lemon slices

Steps:

In 2 qt shallow baking dish spread broccoli over the bottom. Lay the fish over the broccoli. In a separate bowl combine soup and milk. Pour over fish and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese over soup layer. Mix bread crumbs and paprika and sprinkle over cheese layer. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the bread crumbs. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
