This delicious broccoli casserole is made extra hearty with prepared stuffing on top. You can also make this a one dish meal by cooked and chopped chicken such as leftover rotisserie.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions using the butter and water.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, shredded cheese and cream of mushroom soup. Pour broccoli mixture into casserole dish. Spoon stuffing mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1-1/2 cups water., In large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli and soup; transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover; bake until heated through, 10-15 minutes longer. Freeze option: Transfer individual portions of cooled casserole to freezer containers; freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Transfer to a microwave-safe dish and microwave, covered, on high until a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°, stirring occasionally and adding a little broth if necessary.

- Lighlty grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook broccoli in a large pot of salted boiling water until just slightly tender, Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, onion, mushroom soup and mayonnaise.
- Place a layer of broccoli in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour mayonnaise sauce over broccoli.
- Spread stuffing mix over the sauce.

- Combine melted butter and stuffing mix; toss with a fork until all stuffing pieces are coated. Set aside.
- Thaw broccoli and warm in the microwave for about 3 minutes; drain very well. Cut any large florets into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, chive & onion cream cheese, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Fold in broccoli.
- Spoon 2 & 1/2 cups stuffing mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Spoon broccoli mixture on top of stuffing layer, spreading evenly. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture on top.
- Bake at 350℉ for 30-35 minutes, until heated through and bubbly around the edges.
- We use Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix. Be sure to get regular stuffing mix, NOT cubed.
BROCCOLI CASSEROLE WITH STUFFING CRUMB TOPPING

- Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C / Gas 4.
- Butter a 2-quart casserole and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, condensed soup, and eggs; whisk until well blended. Add the cooked broccoli and then add the onion, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Blend well.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with the stuffing mix. Dot with butter.

- Bake Chicken Breast in a 9x13 baking dish at 350* for approximately 35 minutes. Drain fluids from baking pan, cube the chicken into 1 inch squares.
- Next Combine the soup, Broccoli and Stuffing mix with a cup of water in a bowl until mixed thoroughly.
- Place cubed chicken into the bottom of the 9x13, smooth stuffing mixture over the chicken, and cover with the shredded cheddar.
- Bake at 350* for approximately 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, dip and enjoy!
CHEESY BROCCOLI & STUFFING CASSEROLE
This is really quick and SIMPLE "make ahead" dish for a holiday meal. The stuffing gives it a nice crunch on the top. Even though we used the "less fat" directions to make this dish, I think it was still full of great flavor. I also chose to use a "roasted garlic" flavor of stuffing mix, since that was the only one that did not contain chicken or turkey flavorings.
