- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in broccoli, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper; heat through. , Unroll 1 tube of crescent dough onto a greased baking sheet; form into a 12x8-in. rectangle, pressing perforations to seal. Spoon half of the beef mixture lengthwise down center of rectangle., On each long side, cut 1-in.-wide strips at an angle, about 3 in. into the center. Fold 1 strip from each side over filling and pinch ends together; repeat., Repeat with remaining ingredients to make second braid. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

BEEF WELLINGTONS FOR TWO
Perfectly cooked beef and a crisp crescent crust makes this the perfect way to quickly serve a favorite.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Line small cookie sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of steaks.
- In heavy 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook about 1 minute on each side, turning once, or until browned. Transfer steaks to plate. Spread top of each with 1 tablespoon pesto. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand 20 minutes at room temperature to cool down for easier handling.
- Meanwhile, on lightly floured work surface, separate dough into 2 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Roll out each rectangle into 5 1/2-inch square. With 1 1/2- to 2-inch heart-shaped cutter, cut 2 heart shapes from 2 corners of each dough square; set hearts aside.
- Place 1 steak pesto side down in center of 1 dough square. Fold opposite corners up and around steak; repeat with remaining 2 corners. Smooth and shape dough to encase steak; place seam side down on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining steak and dough square.
- In small bowl, beat egg and water well with fork or whisk. Lightly brush top and sides of dough with egg mixture. Place 2 dough hearts on top of each overlapping slightly; lightly brush hearts with egg mixture.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and thermometer inserted in center of steak reads 145°F. Let stand at room temperature 3 minutes before serving. (Temperature will rise at least 10° to 15° during standing time.)

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes; drain excess grease.
- Stir broccoli, mozzarella cheese, onion, sour cream, salt, and black pepper into ground beef. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Divide each package of crescent rolls in half to make 4 squares; press perforations to seal each piece into a solid sheet of dough. Place dough squares onto an ungreased baking sheet and gently form each piece into a rectangle. Spoon 1/4 of meat mixture into the center of each rectangle, bring 2 opposite long edges together in the center, and overlap. Pinch edges of dough to seal into filled packets. Brush with beaten egg.

- Generously salt and pepper your tenderloin. In a large skillet over medium high heat add the olive oil. Sear the tenderloin on each side foe about 2-3 minutes until it gets a golden brown crust. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- In a food processor, add the mushrooms, garlic, and onion. Pulse in the food processor until it becomes a puree. Heat your skillet to medium high and add the mixture. Sauté the mushrooms until you have the moisture has left. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Roll out some plastic wrap and lay the prosciutto so they are even and overlap. Spread the mushroom mixture on top leaving an inch boarder from the sides. Rub the mustard on the tenderloin and then roll the tenderloin up in the prosciutto and mushroom mixture folding up the sides around the tenderloin as you roll. Wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the beef and refrigerated for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll the puff pastry sheet out on a lightly floured surface. Place the tenderloin in the center. Brush the egg mixture around the tenderloin on the sheet and roll the tenderloin tightly in the pastry. Brush the remaining egg mixture on the outside of the pastry and cut slits in the top.
- Bake until the pastry is golden and the beef registers to 120 degrees for medium rare. About 45 minutes. Remove the from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Brown ground beef or turkey and drain.
- Add cut up broccoli, cheese (mozzarella for beef, cheddar for turkey), onion, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and simmer 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Roll out one package of c resent rolls on a ungreased cookie sheet.
- Add filling.
- Roll out the other package of crescent rolls on top of mixture, pinching the sides so mixture stays inside.
- Bake 18 to 22 minutes.
- This is one of my all time favorites. I really love the turkey and cheddar one. I sub fat-free when ever I can.
