Steps:
- Brown ground beef with onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is clear; add garlic and mushrooms; sauté about 2 minute.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add soup and remaining ingredients except sour cream.
- Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and parsley, chives or dill.
- Serve with rice or noodles.

Steps:
- Add olive to a large pan over medium heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the mushrooms and cook until tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate.
- In the same pan, add the butter. Add the onion, ground beef, and garlic powder. Stir until the meat is browned, breaking it up as you stir.
- Drain any excess fat and return the pan to the stove.
- Add the flour and paprika. Stir until thick, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the sherry, and stir, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles, salt, and pepper. Reduce the heat to simmer. Cover the pan with a lid.
- Stir often, until the noodles are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Return the mushrooms to the pan and stir to combine.
- Add the sour cream and stir. Top with chopped parsley.
- Enjoy!

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes; drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion in hot butter until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef to skillet in small chunks; cook and stir to break the beef into smaller pieces as it cooks until no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture, stir, and cook for 1 minute. Stir mushrooms and garlic salt into the beef mixture. Pour mushroom soup and chicken soup over beef, stir, and cook until hot, about 5 minutes; add sour cream, stir until smooth, and cook until again hot, 2 to 3 minutes more. Pour beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles.

- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper and cook, breaking the beef into small pieces with a wooden spoon, until well browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl, leaving behind any drippings, and reduce the heat to medium.
- To the same skillet, add the mushrooms, season with salt and cook until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to the bowl with the beef. Add the oil, paprika, garlic, carrot and onion to the skillet and cook until the carrots are soft and the onion is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook until the tomato paste has toasted and is evenly coating the vegetables, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the broth, Worcestershire and 1 1/2 cups of water to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and stir in the pasta. Cover and cook according to package directions until just al dente. Uncover, stir in the reserved beef and mushrooms and cook until heated through. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream cheese, sour cream, chives and parsley until the cream cheese melts and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

- 1. Brown hamburger in large skillet and drain fat. Add chopped up onion. Cook till onion is translucent. You can make additions if you like, depending on your tastes. I like to add mushrooms. If you do, add them at the same time you cook onions. Sometimes I add green onions as well. It all depends on you.
- 2. Add flour. Coat all of hamburger. Then add cream of mushroom soup, one can at a time. Sometimes mixture can be too thick, so I might add 1/2 cup milk, again, it's up to you.
- 3. Cook mixture until it is bubbling. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Keep on low to medium temperature. Cover if you like. When the food has bubbled, add sour cream. Turn off heat immediately. Do not allow heat to continue once you've added the sour cream. Serve with rice or noodles. Rice is best.

- Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms. Saute for about 10 minutes, until onions and mushrooms are soft and browned, and extra liquid has evaporated.
- Increase heat to medium-high. Push the mushrooms and onions to the sides, and add the ground beef to the center of the pan, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally and breaking the beef apart with a spatula, until beef is cooked through. - Slice the beef against the grain into thin slices. Dust with flour to coat. Set aside.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add in onions and mushrooms and saute until tender, about 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
