BRIDGETTE'S FAMOUS COCONUT PIE



Bridgette's Famous Coconut Pie image

This pie is luscious love and very rich and buttery and just filled with love hope you like it.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 stick(s) butter
1 cup(s) sugar
2 - whole eggs and beat well
1 tablespoon(s) flour
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup(s) angel flake coconut
3/4 cup(s) whole milk
1 - unbaked pie crust

Steps:

  • Mix melted butter and sugar together until well blended.
  • Add eggs and beat well.
  • Mix all remainder ingredients together
  • Pour into pie crust
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or golden brown on top, let cool and enjoy a little taste of heaven. Enjoy!
