HASH BROWN QUICHE WITH HAM RECIPE
What's not to love about a complete breakfast in one dish? You'll go crazy for this easy hash brown quiche with diced ham!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a 9" deep dish pie plate with cooking spray and set aside.
- Season hash browns with a bit of salt and pepper then toss with melted butter until well coated. Press hash browns into the bottom and sides of pie dish to form a crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and beginning to crisp along edges.
- Meanwhile, crack 1 egg into a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk together with flour until completely smooth. Add remaining 8 eggs and whisk until smooth then stir in milk or half-and-half, ham, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
- When crust is ready, remove from oven and reduce oven heat to 350 degrees. Pour egg mixture into crust and top with shredded cheese. Return quiche to oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until light golden brown on top and firm in center. Remove from oven and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate. Drizzle with butter. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter.
- Whisk eggs together in a large bowl. Add heavy cream; whisk until well-blended. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Combine hash browns, Cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions in another bowl. Season with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Press hash browns onto the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie dish. Drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until beginning to brown.

BACON AND WHITE CHEDDAR QUICHE IN HASHBROWN CRUST

- Use your hands to squeeze the thawed potatoes to remove as much liquid as possible. Place in a medium mixing bowl. Add the cheddar, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter and evenly press the hash browns mixture into the bottom and sides of the pan, filling in all the gaps to prevent leakage.
- Transfer the pan to the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the crust is firm.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Transfer the frozen crust to the center rack of the oven and par-bake for 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.

- Preheat oven to 350*. Break up chunks of hashbrowns and place in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Spray top of hashbrowns with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes. While hashbrowns are baking, prepare ham and cheese. In a separate bowl, add eggs, cream, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use an electric mixer and beat for 1 minute. - Preheat oven to 450 °F.
- Gently press the drained hash browns between paper towels to dry them as best as possible. In a 9-inch pie plate, toss the hash browns with the melted butter into the plate. Press them into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and starting to crisp.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. When the hash brown crust is ready pour the egg mixture over it and return to the oven.
