Steps:
- 1. 1 Place the ingredients into the bread baking pan as recommended by your bread machine's manual. Use the DOUGH cycle setting. 2. 2 To hand shape the roll, once the dough cycle is complete remove the dough to a lightly floured cutting board. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls. Place the rolls into greased muffin tins, brush lightly with melted butter or butter substitute. Cover with a piece of wax paper and a clean cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes. 3. 3 Bake the rolls at 375°F for 15-20 minutes. 4. 4 Refrigerate leftovers. 5. 5 *NOTE: Here's a trick to measure the honey and molasses easily. By measuring the oil first, the oil coats the measuring utensil. Then when you measure out the honey and molasses the two ingredients slide off easily into the bread machine pan.
BREAD MACHINE WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS
This easy recipe is from my Welbilt bread machine manual. The molasses and honey give the rolls a delicious, but not overly sweet taste. I usually cut this recipe in half but use the same amount of yeast. These rolls are always served for our Thanksgiving meal. Leftover (day old) rolls make perfect croutons or breadcrumbs.

WHOLE WHEAT YOGURT HONEY DINNER ROLLS BREAD MACHINE
The mixture of Yoghurt and Honey is delightful. Of all my bread recipes, this is the family favorite. Note: some folks think the rolls are a little sweet, some have suggested cutting the honey back by half.

Steps:
- Mix milk, yoghurt, honey and butter in a small mixing bowl, heat in microwave 1 minute. Stir until the butter is melted.
- Place ingredients into bread machine according to manufacturers directions.
- Select dough cycle.
- When cycle is complete, shape dough into 18 equal rolls.
- Place in lightly greased pans. I like to use pie pans instead of a baking sheet.
- Cover rolls with a damp cloth and let rise about 30-40 minutes or until doubled in size. When using whole wheat flour, I like to set the pans on an electric heating pad set on medium.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Brush tops with melted butter.

Steps:
- In your bread machine, combine 3/4 cup oats with the water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cream and extra 2 tablespoons of oats. Run machine on dough setting. When it's done, take out the dough and punch it down. Turn the dough out onto a Silpat baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with butter and cornmeal. Flatten dough into a circle about 2 inches thick and cut squares with a butter knife. These will be your rolls. Mold and shape the edges a little then make a shallow criss-cross cut on top of each one, brush with cream and sprinkle with the remaining oats. Pop the whole pan into the oven, covered by a clean towel, and let rise for one hour. The warmth of a bowl of hot water on the rack under your rolls will help the rising process. When the rolls have doubled in size, heat the oven to 375°F and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden on top. Then invite friends over immediately. *To make ahead, bake 12-13 minutes and freeze cooled rolls in a zip-top plastic bag. Pop them in a 375°F oven when you're ready to serve, about 2-3 minutes.
HONEY WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS
Most of the farmers in our area grow wheat, so this recipe definitely represents my region. I bake these rolls often, especially when I'm making soup or stew. -Celecia Stoup, Hobart, Oklahoma

Steps:
- Note: You may decrease the amount of white flour and increase the wheat flour, but the bread will not rise as high.
- Add ingredients in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Set Cycle: Dough, Size: 2lb.
- Spray two baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray, and preheat the oven to 375F.
- When the cycle is finished, take the dough out and divide into 20 equal pieces (I use a scale).
- Roll into ropes about 8 inches long, and tie as you would a knot, press the ends together and place end-side down on the baking sheet.
- Allow to rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Brush with eggs or milk; eggs give a shiny, golden hard crust, milk gives a tender golden crust, water makes a light shine and crisp golden crust.
- Or brush with honey for a sweet crust after baking.
- Bake until well-browned, about 15 minutes.

WHEAT 'N YOGURT BREAD FOR BREAD MACHINE
This is my go-to recipe for my bread machine. I make a couple loaves every week. The recipe came in the booklet along with my machine...I wish I could find that booklet but luckily I wrote the recipe down. Since I'm messy with flour, I like to only measure these ingredients occasionally. I like to measure out all the dry ingredients, except the yeast, and store in a gallon-size baggie in the freezer. I make all at once about 6 baggies, so when I want to make a quick loaf before I go to bed, I just have to add the water, yogurt, my baggie of dry ingredients, the butter, and yeast. It's SO convenient.

Steps:
- Follow your breadmaker's instructions regarding how to add ingredients. My breadmaker requests me to do the following:.
- Add liquids to the bread pan first, then dry. Level the dry; quarter the butter and add to corners. Make an impression in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
- If bread collapses during the baking period, next time add 1 or 1 ½ tablespoons vital wheat gluten to the recipe to prevent from happening again.
- I set my bread maker to 'whole wheat', 'light crust', '2 lb loaf'.

- After 5-7 minutes, lift the lid and check on the dough. If the dough is too wet (sticking to all sides) add flour 1 spoonful at a time until the dough begins to hold its shape. If too dry, (bouncing against the sides) add water 1 spoonful at a time until dough sticks to one side at a time. (See this picture tutorial if you are new to using a bread machine.)
- When the DOUGH cycle is complete, check the dough. It should be doubled in size. If so, remove it from the pan. Otherwise, leave the dough in the pan until it rises until double the original size.
