BRAZIL NUT COOKIES
Brazil nuts may be an unusual ingredient for a cookie recipe, but the flavor is absolutely outstanding. The recipe from my mother for these rich buttery cookies goes back more than 70 years.

BRAZILIAN BANANA BREAD
In Brazil we call this Banana Cake, but when I baked this for the first time here everyone started calling it Banana Bread. You can add nuts in the dough or on the top if you wish.

CARAMEL & BRAZIL NUT CAKE BARS
Ummmm caramel and salty brazil nuts yummy. This is a moist, almost cake like bar. I've also made them with macadamia nuts and had great results, I think that almonds and cashews would also work well in this treat. This is also good drizzled with milk chocolate.
