1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
5 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes

Steps:

  • In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first seven ingredients; shake well. Cover and refrigerate for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. , Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Transfer to a large bowl; add the cabbage, onions, green pepper, cheese. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
8 ounces uncooked bow tie pasta
2 cups shredded cabbage
1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, vinegar, basil and parsley; set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding the cabbage during the last 2 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute the bread crumbs, almonds and garlic in oil and butter for 6 minutes or until golden brown. , Drain pasta and cabbage; place in a large bowl. Add tomato and crumb mixtures; toss.

10 strips or lean bacon, thinly sliced pancetta
olive oil
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 handful leaves picked from the stem thyme
1/2 large outer leaves removed, quartered, cored, and finely sliced Handful grated Parmesan cheese Savoy cabbage
1 pound dried farfalle
salt
fresh ground black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil
7 ounces cut into 1/2-inch dice fresh buffalo mozzarella
2 handfuls lightly toasted pine nuts

Steps:

  • In a pan fry off pancetta in a little olive oil until lightly golden.
  • Add garlic and thyme and cook until softened.
  • Add the Savoy cabbage and Parmesan, then stir and put the lid on the pan.
  • Cook for a further 15 minutes, shaking every now and again, while you cook farfalle in salted boiling water until al dente. When the cabbage is nice and tender, season and loosen with some nice peppery extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Toss the drained farfalle into the cabbage and at the last minute mix in mozzarella and pine nuts.
  • Serve immediately.

1 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup coarsely chopped slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Combine pasta, slaw, cranberries and onions in large bowl.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar until blended. Add to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with nuts before serving.

1 (12 ounce) package farfalle (bow tie) pasta
1 cup butter
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the cabbage, onion, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes, or until the cabbage and onion are tender.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the cooked farfalle and the cabbage mixture. Serve warm.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 ½ teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar
¼ teaspoon white sugar
½ (16 ounce) package farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
½ cup frozen peas, thawed
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons dry-roasted peanuts
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
4 wedges lime

Steps:

  • Whisk sesame oil, vegetable oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, fish sauce, chili-garlic sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, and sugar for dressing together in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
