2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder, such as Hershey's Special Dark
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
6 ounces milk chocolate chips
6 ounces white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until fully combined. Add the eggs and mix to combine. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix. Add the pecans and both chocolate chips; mix until just combined.
  • Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets. Bake, rotating the sheets once halfway through, until the cookies are set, about 12 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining dough.

1/4 cup butter (softened)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow fluff

Steps:

  • Cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl, until smooth.
  • Add milk and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  • Add flour and mini chocolate chips. Mix well.
  • Spread mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours.
  • After cookie dough has refrigerated, start fudge by lining a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
  • Put the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl. Set aside.
  • In a pan melt the sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat until it starts to boil. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • While fudge is cooking take dough out and cut into .5" x .5" squares. Set aside.
  • Pour the hot stuff into the bowl of chocolate chips and mix with the blender until it's smooth and soft.
  • Fold cookie dough cubes into the fudge. Pour into the 9x9 pan.
  • Sprinkle any cookie dough chunks on top. Put in the fridge for 3-5 hours to let it set. Hope you like it!

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
1 egg
1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, liqueur and egg with electric mixer, or mix with spoon. Fold in white chips. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

3 cups sugar
1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)
1 package (12 ounces) white baking chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil; grease foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter., In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk and remaining 3/4 cup butter; bring to a rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in baking chips and marshmallow creme until melted. Stir in vanilla. Immediately spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm, 1-2 hours. , Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container.

1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vanilla vodka (optional (substitute with milk))
whipped cream

Steps:

  • Add white chocolate chips, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. If you're not adding vodka, make sure to add the extra 1/2 cup of milk.
  • Stir in vodka if you're adding it, then pour into two mugs and top with whipped cream, chocolate curls, and sprinkles.

2 pounds confectioner's sugar
1 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (12-ounces)
cinnamon candies (optional)

Steps:

  • Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with lightly greased parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
  • In a large bowl, place the confectioner's sugar. Pour in the fireball whiskey and mix very well with a large whisk. The mixture will look like icing.
  • Next, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds at 70 percent power, or until the chips are about three-quarters melted. Stir, using the residual heat to fully melt the chocolate chips, until the mixture is smooth.
  • Alternatively, melt the chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water on the stove-top.
  • Scrape the melted chocolate into the sugar and liquor mixture. Stir very well.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and smooth with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle the top with cinnamon candies and gently press into the fudge.
  • Chill until set, about 2 hours. Cut into squares.
