8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
1 packet ranch mix
12 oz canned cooked chicken, drained (or 2 cups shredded chicken )
2 cups cheddar cheese (or Monterey jack, shredded, divided)
½ cup buffalo sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix and 1 cup of the cheese with a mixer.
  • Spread into the bottom of a 1 ½ qt baking dish.
  • Top with chicken, buffalo sauce, and remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
¾ cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®)
½ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
½ cup blue cheese dressing
4 fully cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
⅓ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Beat cream cheese, hot sauce, 1/2 cup pepper Jack cheese, and blue cheese dressing together in a large bowl; fold in chicken until completely coated. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with crumbled blue cheese and 1/3 cup pepper Jack cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling up the sides, 15 to 20 minutes.

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
¾ cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Steps:

  • Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled, drained & shredded with two forks
1 (12 ounce) bottle of original Frank's red hot sauce (do not use Tabasco)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) bottle ranch dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine shredded chicken and Frank's Hot Sauce and spread in the bottom of a 13" x 9" pan.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until smooth and hot. Pour this mixture over chicken forming a second layer.
  • Sprinkle celery on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 15-20 minutes until hot & bubbly (do not let it get browned or it will be hard).
  • Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips.

CHICKEN
16 pieces chicken wings and drums, prepared and patted dry
SEASONING SHAKER
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons hungarian paprika
1 ½ tablespoons onion powder made from dehydrated onions, coarse ground in mortar.
1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
DIP TO COAT
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup frank's red hot sauce
OTHER INGREDIENTS
celery and carrot sticks
ranch dressing
frank's hot sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare the chicken wing pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • 2. Add the spices to a small shaker jar and mix well. Season the wings generously and rub it into the chicken. Set aside and let it rest.
  • 3. Cover a large sheet pan with foil. This is great for an easy cleanup. Add a rack and spray with kitchen spray. Preheat oven to 415 degrees, middle rack.
  • 4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the Frank's Hot Sauce and whisk to combine.
  • 5. Pour the butter mixture over the seasoned chicken.
  • 6. Toss the chicken pieces until the pieces are well-coated.
  • 7. Place the chicken on the greased rack.
  • 8. Bake the chicken pieces 25 to 30 minutes and then turn and bake 25 to 30 minutes MORE. (50 TO 60 minutes total time) Watch the first time you make this recipe because every oven is different.
  • 9. After the pieces are browned to your liking, place them on a platter.
  • 10. Make the simple sauce below. It goes so great with these wings! Serve with Carrot and Celery sticks.
  • 11. WING SAUCE Individual serving: 1/4 cup of Ranch dressing 1 1/2 teaspoon of Frank's Hot Sauce. Mix well. To make one cup of sauce: 1 cup Ranch dressing 2 tablespoons Frank's hot sauce. Mix well. Good with Buffalo wings, chicken strips and carrot and celery sticks.
  • 12. Mix until combined. The sauce will be a light salmon color. For more heat, add more sauce to taste. Enjoy!

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup ranch dressing
½ cup hot sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place chicken in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then shred the chicken.
  • In a large sized bowl, use an electric beater to mix together chicken, cream cheese, ½ cup (125 mL) mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce together in large bowl.
  • Pour dip into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup (250 mL) mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, flatbread or vegetables.
  • Bread Bowl Option: Cut out the top of a 10-inch round loaf; and reserve for a spare use. Pull out some of the inside to hollow out "bowl" leaving the sides at least ½ inch (1 cm) thick. Pour the heated buffalo chicken dip into the bread bowl and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup (250 mL) mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve with extra bread, tortilla chips, flatbread or vegetables.
