PORK ROLL & CHEESE SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Make four little cuts around the edges of each slice of pork roll so it doesn't curl when you cook it.
• Fry pork roll in skillet over medium heat until brown. (You will have 12 pieces total, so you will have to do this in batches.)
• Flip over after a minute or two to brown other side.
• Place a slice of cheese on 6 of the pork roll slices and cover pan until cheese is melted.
• Place one cheeseless piece of porkroll on each roll and top with a cheesed piece of porkroll.
• Close up the roll and enjoy!

B.O.B. AKA PORK ROLL, EGG & CHEESE

Steps:

• If you want to use any other meat go ahead. Canadian bacon, regular bacon, ham, use what you have available in your neck of the woods.
• In a small microwave bowl, nuke the meat, then the egg for about 30 seconds each, pile 0n a roll and top with cheese.
• Salt and pepper to taste. For some reason these taste better after they have been wrapped in Handy Wax sheets. I think it steams the sandwich a little and makes it all taste better. DH loves these.

PORK ROLL EGG CHEESE ON A CHEESE BAGEL

Steps:

• 1. cook pork roll until a little bit brown on each side set aside keep warm try not to let it dry out
• 2. cook eggs - sunny side up or your favorite way
• 3. slice bagels in half-add Meat Egg salt pepper cheese ketchup or barbecue sauce
