Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

6 medium hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks mashed in a bowl
2 Tbsp plus 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper to taste
GARNISH
3 Tbsp approx. real bacon bits

Steps:

1. Combine the thoroughly mashed yolks with the mayonnaise and mustard. Add the blue cheese and mash well into the mixture with a spoon. Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Fill the whites evenly with the mixture and garnish each egg half with the bacon bits.
3. 7/6/13 --- Made these for our 4th of July BBQ cookout and they disappeared quickly. Such yummy eggs! Oh, and we used a really yummy blue cheese too. I will get the name and add here.

1 1/2 ounces dry gin
3/4 ounce maraschino
3/4 ounce lime or lemon juice
Dash blue vegetable coloring
3 or 4 ice cubes

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass.
