1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
120ml almond milk (1/2 cup)

Steps:

  • Peel the banana and place in blender jug with the blueberries.
  • Add the protein powder on top followed by almond milk.
  • Shake vigorously so that all the powder is coated in milk.
  • Blend until smoothie and enjoy!

¾ cup 2% reduced-fat milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Blend the blueberries, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately.
