30-MINUTE CHEESE STUFFED GARLIC BREAD ROLLS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray; set aside. Unroll refrigerated dough over lightly floured surface.
- Using a 2 1/2-inch round cutter, cut dough into 24 rounds, re-rolling scraps as necessary. Place 1 (1-inch) piece of mozzarella into the center of each round and wrap dough around cheese, pinching seam to seal.
- Arrange balls/rolls in prepared skillet, seam side down. In addition, place 3/8-inch pieces of mozzarella between rolls. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Then sprinkle with Parmesan and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir together melted butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp salt in a small bowl. Brush rolls with butter mixture as soon as they come out of the oven. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Steps:
- In a saucepan, cook the onion and 2 garlic cloves in a little oil.
- After a minute or so, add the minced beef, breaking it up with a spoon.
- When the mince has browned, stir in the chilli powder, cumin, ground coriander, and the plain flour.
- Stir in the beef stock, tomatoes, tomato purée, kidney beans, oregano, and salt.
- Place a bay leaf into the mixture, loosely cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool some so you don't burn yourself during the next bit!
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Top and tail the baguette, then cut it into 3-4 equal rolls.
- Hollow out each roll, allowing a thin border of bread around the outside.
- Stuff each roll with chili using a teaspoon. Try to really fill them up.
- Make the garlic butter by stirring in 2 cloves of crushed garlic and a handful of parsley into the melted butter.
- Coat each stuffed roll with a generous helping of garlic butter. Top with a healthy portion of finely grated cheddar.
- Bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Enjoy!

This is my favorite way to make garlic bread. It doesn't take any extra time and it looks really impressive on the table. This recipe is for garlic bread, but use it as a jumping off point to fill with any combination of cheese, onion... anything that you like! I have made one stuffed with provolone, asiago and pepperoni slices...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Slice round loaf 3/4 of the way through being careful not to cut all of the way through, vertically and horizontally, forming 1" squares.
- 3. Add olive oil or butter to a small pan and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes, just to soften.
- 4. Brush onto loaf being sure to get in into all of the cracks.
- 5. Stuff cheese inside all of the cracks. (If you like pepperoni, you could add that, too.)
- 6. Sprinkle with a pinch of coarse salt, garlic powder and parsley.
- 7. Wrap in greased or oiled foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. *** Can serve with marinara sauce as an appetizer.
BLUE CHEESE GARLIC BREAD
Saw this in a Holiday cookbook and just had to jot it down. I love blue cheese and garlic so I knew it would be a winning combination. I use my Whole Wheat French Bread Recipe #102132 for the bread. When I don't have chives available, I use 1/4 tsp. onion powder. Excellent with spaghetti!

- Slice the chicken breast into ½ inch (1 ¼ cm) thick strips.
- Place the flour, eggs, and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls.
- Roll a chicken strip in the flour, dusting off excess. Dip the strip into the egg, then place into the bread crumbs, coating it completely.
- Repeat with the remaining chicken.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat to 350˚F (180˚C).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180˚C).
- Fry the breaded chicken strips until both sides are golden brown.
- Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel.
- Slice the baguette into thirds or fourths (each baguette piece should be roughly the same length of the fried chicken strips).
- Hollow out the insides of the baguette pieces with a knife.
- Lay two slices of mozzarella on top of each other with a 1 inch (2 ½ cm) overlap. Place a chicken strip on the overlapping region, then fold the mozzarella tightly around the chicken.
- Push the rolled chicken strips into a baguette piece.
- Slice the stuffed baguette pieces into 1 inch (2 ½ cm) slices, then place them tightly side-by-side on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together ingredients for garlic butter.
- Brush the garlic butter evenly over the baguette slices, making sure some drips in between the slices.
- Wrap the foil over the re-assembled baguette and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and the top is starting to brown.
- Remove the foil and serve with marinara!
