- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder and celery salt. Crumble cheese to desired fineness and whisk into dressing.

- Gather the ingredients.
- Whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, mustard, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

- In a bowl, crumble blue cheese with a fork. Add mayonaise, worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, chives, & ground pepper. Add and mix in sour cream and buttermilk. (You can omit sour cream and add 1 cup of buttermilk only.) If dressing gets too thick you can add a little more buttermilk. This keeps for 2 weeks - refridgerated Grandma's note: "blue cheese is just as good as roquefort and a lot less expensive"

If it tends to be to thick before serving, just add a little water. Great on salads but also makes a great veg. dip. Put in air tight container and it will last for weeks. Enjoy
