BLUE CHEESE HONEY CROSTINI
These blue cheese honey crostini are great as a last-minute appetizer. This recipe is easy to make and only 4 ingredients!

- Preheat oven to 375. Brush both sides of the french bread with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake each side for 3-4 minutes, until each side is golden brown.
- Place 2 teaspoons blue cheese on top of each toasted bread slice. Sprinkle honey liberally on top of the blue cheese.

BLUE CHEESE, PEAR, AND HONEY CROSTINI
Steps:
- Begin by slicing the baguette on the diagonal. Then, lay the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the baking sheet on the top rack of your oven and broil for 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, toss the sliced pears with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- To assemble, layer the ingredients onto the toast, beginning with a pear slice. Follow that with a few crumbles of blue cheese and a sprinkle of walnuts. Finally, drizzle with honey and top with fresh sage.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle slices with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Set aside until cool enough to handle.
- Turn oven on to broil.
- In a medium bowl stir together blue cheese and pecans. Scoop mixture on to each crostini evenly. Broil 1 minute.
- Top each crostini with a whole pecan. Drizzle each with about 2 teaspoons of honey. Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small saucepan, warm the sage and honey over medium-low heat until fragrant and the honey just begins to bubble, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Discard sage and let honey cool to room temperature.
- Lightly brush one side of each bread slice with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place slices on a rimmed baking sheet and toast in oven until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and let cool. Spread blue cheese on baguette slices and top with apples and walnuts. Drizzle toasts with sage honey.
