Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. Duke's Real Mayonnaise, divided
1/2 c. whole milk
4 pieces of Baby Gem lettuce or romaine, torn into small pieces
5 slices bacon, cooked and cut into quarters, lengthwise
5 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, whisk flour with baking powder and salt.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk ¼ cup mayonnaise with milk. Stir wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoons of batter onto prepared baking sheet, about 1" apart. Bake until puffed and golden, about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • Using a serrated knife, split each biscuit in half. Dollop bottom with remaining mayonnaise, top with lettuce, bacon, and tomato. Close the biscuit sandwiches, stick a toothpick through the top, and serve.

8 canned refrigerated biscuits ((or thick cut/tall homemade biscuits))
8 slices bacon
1 large or 2 small tomatoes
Iceberg lettuce leaves
1/4 cup mayonnaisse
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Fruit or salad, as side dish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven and bake biscuits as directed.
  • Bake or cook the bacon in skillet. Drain and cut in half.
  • Slice the tomato into thin slices, and pull off lettuce leaves.
  • In small mixing bowl, stir together the may0 and Parmesan cheese. Spread onto the cooked biscuits and assemble the BLTs.
  • Serve B.L.T. Biscuits with side of fruit or salad.

1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons shortening
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups cream

Steps:

  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne together.
  • Cut shortening and butter into the flour but don't overwork - small butter pieces are fine.
  • Toss in chives and cheddar.
  • Toss in cream until it starts to come together but don't mix too much.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15 - 17 minutes and serve with sea salted butter and maple syrup.

16 ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon strips, warmed if desired
8 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
4 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes (3 small tomatoes)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Steps:

  • Place 2 bacon strips across the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese; drizzle with salad dressing. Fold 1 side of the tortilla over filling and roll up.

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
6 thin slices tomato

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Layer bacon and cheese in pie plate.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, the milk, pepper and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Spread 2 tablespoons mayonnaise over top of pie. Sprinkle with lettuce. Place tomato slices on lettuce.
