I made this for my Halloween party last year, and it was a hit. It's spicy and definitely different!

- I served this with celery sticks, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
BLOODY MARY DIP
This great dip recipe comes from Vermont's Woodstock Inn Resort. Use the dip with fresh veggies, crackers or chips.

- Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Add horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco Sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
BLOODY MARY DIP WITH FOCACCIA SKEWERS
Steps:
- For the dip: Put the tomato passata, oil, tomato paste, vinegar, Worcestershire, celery salt, vodka if using and hot sauce into a medium sauté pan or saucepan over medium heat and simmer until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- For the focaccia skewers: Meanwhile, thread an olive, piece of celery and cube of focaccia onto each cocktail skewer.
- Pour the dip into a serving bowl, place on a board and arrange the dipping skewers next to it. The dip can be served warm or at room temperature.

- Put the mascarpone in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade and pulse until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and add the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, horseradish, lemon zest and juice, salt and celery seeds. Process, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until the dip is smooth, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with celery sticks for dipping.

- Salt the rim of a tall glass. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick.

- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion and jalapeno pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and tomatoes and cook 1 minute. Remove and cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
- Process cooled tomato mixture, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cream cheese, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce until smooth. Turn into medium serving bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Just before serving, sprinkle with chives and serve, if desired, with blue corn tortilla chips, celery or shrimp.
