Blackstone Ribs are amazing! There is nothing better than a rack of ribs coming hot off the griddle. Made with a few ingredients, these are truly amazing!

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder (more if you like spicy)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
1 rack of baby back ribs
1 cup BBQ Sauce

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix your spices, liquid smoke, and olive oil.
  • Rub it all over the ribs-Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Place your ribs onto the griddle. Cook for about 20 minutes per side, and keep on flipping until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
  • As soon as they are almost done, brush on some of your favorite BBQ sauce. Let them rest, for about 10 minutes, before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
