- Heat waffle iron; grease with vegetable oil or shortening.
- Stir ingredients until blended. Pour onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron.
- Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.

- Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl until you get a smooth batter. Set aside.
- In the meantime, heat your waffle iron and spray it with cooking spray or grease it with oil.
- Pour ¾ cup of batter onto the center of your waffle iron. You can use another amount depending on the size of your waffle iron.
- Cook until it stops steaming, or about four to five minutes.
- Do this for each waffle until there's no more batter.
- Finally, top your waffles with your favorite topping.
