- Heat oven to 325°F. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
- Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in dry seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn. Spoon into pan; sprinkle with cheese. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.
- Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with remaining ingredients.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, 7 to 10 minutes; drain grease. Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add refried beans, salsa, olives, and green chiles. - Preheat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Spoon meat into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Stir in biscuit mix and pepper. Pour over meat. - Begin browning and crumbling ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once fully cooked, drain excess grease.
- Combine cooked (and drained) ground beef with taco sauce (I just do this right in the pan so as not to create any more dirty dishes.)
- In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together.
