Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, stir all ingredients except granulated sugar until soft dough forms.
- Shape dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter; roll in granulated sugar to coat. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart. Flatten balls slightly with bottom of glass.
- Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks to cool. Store in airtight container.

BISQUICK APPLE COBBLER
Bisquick Apple Cobbler - apple dessert full of favorite fall flavors.

- FILLING: In a sauce pan, blend sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add butter, apples and lemon peel. Pour into a buttered baking dish.
- TOPPING: Mix bisquick with milk, sugar and butter until well combined. Drop by spoonfuls on top of apple mixture.
- Bake Bisquick Apple Cobbler at 350 F (175 C) for 35-40 minutes (fan oven 25-28 minutes) or until golden brown.
APPLE COBBLER WITH BISQUICK

Steps:
- Combine baking mix and sugar, add in the milk and mix well.
- Pour into the bottom of a greased 9×9 pan.
- Top this with the chopped apples, do not stir.
- Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together and sprinkle evenly over the apples.
- Pour the hot water over the top of this, again do not stir.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
- Let cool.
- Serve & enjoy with ice cream!
SNOWBALL COOKIES
Steps:
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Process pecans in food processor until finely chopped. Transfer chopped pecans to bowl; stir in flour and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and granulated sugar in medium bowl 2 minutes or until fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Reduce speed to low; add nut mixture. Beat just until dough is combined.
- Working with 1 tablespoon dough, shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place, 1 inch apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 16-18 minutes or until very lightly browned. Let cookies cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes; transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
- Place powdered sugar into shallow bowl; roll cooled cookies in sugar to coat. Store in airtight container. If necessary, re-roll cookies in powdered sugar before serving.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Add shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced onion onto the bottom of the pie plate. Spread evenly.
- In a seperate bowl, beat the eggs, salt, and pepper together. Then stir in the milk.
- Add the Bisquick, and whisk until you form a smooth mixture.
