SALMON ASPARAGUS PIE
This recipe sounds very good and uses fresh asparagus. Again, it is a recipe from Betty Crocker Bisquick cookbooklet, October 1998. If you are like me and do not like to debone and pick thru canned salmon there is also a package of salmon. I believe it is Chicken of the Sea and is in the aisle with the tuna in the grocery store. My mom has used the packaged tuna and said it does taste a bit better than the canned and not so much of the mess.

I got this healthy and very low fat recipe from the Betty Crocker website. You can play around with the recipe depending on your preferences (or what you have on hand). You can use 1 cup of sweet peas, chopped broccoli or 1-inch asparagus pieces for the zucchini.

SALMON ASPARAGUS QUICHE
This is pretty to look at and easy to make. Recipe has been used for at least 15 years. I'm not a canned salmon lover but my husband is -- even I like this! I use a 9" store-bought deep-dish pie shell, since I flunked making home-made shells.....
