ORANGE ALMOND MINI-MUFFINS
Who wouldn't want to find a basket of these muffins alongside a morning cup of coffee or tea? They can be on your table in about 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms only of 24 small muffin cups, 1 3/4x1 inch, or line with paper baking cups.
- In large bowl, beat milk, oil, juice concentrate, orange peel, almond extract and egg with spoon until blended. Stir in flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Stir in 1/3 cup almonds. Divide batter evenly among cups. Sprinkle with sugar crystals and 2 tablespoons almonds.
- Bake muffins 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to wire rack.

ORANGE-ALMOND STREUSEL MUFFINS

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray, or line muffin cups with paper baking cups. In medium bowl, mix 1 tablespoon Bisquick mix, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 tablespoons almonds. With fork, cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside.
- In large bowl, mix orange peel, orange juice, 1/3 cup brown sugar, the oil, almond extract and egg. Stir in 2 cups Bisquick mix just until moistened. Stir in 1/4 cup almonds. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
- Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to cooling rack. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
- Mix the orange peel, oj, brown sugar, applesauce and egg in a large bowl. Stir in the Bisquick just until moist. Stir in almonds. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Make streusel topping by mixing all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the muffins.
- Bake 13-15 minutes until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and extracts; beat well. Beat in milk. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cardamom; add to creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in blueberries., Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, lemon zest and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. - In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat egg; add milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill eight greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full. Spoon 1 teaspoon marmalade over each. Top with remaining batter. For streusel, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.

CRANBERRY MUFFINS
Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or use paper liners. Mix brown sugar and 1 Tbsp Bisquick and set aside. Stir milk, egg and cranberry sauce in bowl until well blended. Stir in 2 C Bisquick and sugar just until moistened. Fold in dried cranberries and nuts. Divide batter among muffin cups and sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Bake 18 min or until done. Cool slightly in pan then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
BISQUICK BANANA MUFFINS RECIPE
Steps:
- Preheat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each tin 2/3 full. Top with a cinnamon-sugar mixture before baking, if desired.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Do the toothpick test to check for doneness. If the toothpick comes out clean, take it out of the oven. If not, give it a few more minutes to bake.
