2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Grease 9 in pie plate.
Mix tuna, cheese, and onion into plate.
Blend milk, bisquick, eggs, and salt together for 15 seconds in blender.
Pour over tuna mixture and bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.

Ingredients

1 can(s) (7 oz).water pack tuna - drained
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c celery - sliced thin
1/2 c bisquick
1 c milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
tomato slices

Steps:

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
2. In small bowl, break up tuna with fork, stir in celery and onion. Spread in pie plate, then sprinkle cheese on top. For variety, you can use grated swiss instead of cheddar. Or a half 'n half mixture of the two.
3. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until smooth, then pour it over tuna mixture and cheese. Garnish with tomato slices. (A sprinkle of parsley flakes looks nice, too.)
4. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let set for five minutes before you slice and serve. .A dollop of ranch dip is good as a topper.
