STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE
Everyone needs a classic coffee cake recipe. Simple to make and a treat to eat, this is it! Our cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake recipe is the perfect one to wake up and create for a holiday brunch. It only takes 10 minutes of prep time and is made easy with Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round pan. In small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly; set aside.
- In medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with streusel.
- Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.

BISQUICK COFFEE CAKE
A delicious, quick to make coffee cake made with Bisquick and featuring sour cream. The Bisquick/brown sugar struesel topping is not essential but adds so much to the overall cake it would be a shame to leave it off!

- Mix dough ingredients and put in baking dish.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 9-inch round cake pan or 8-inch square pan. In large bowl, beat Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, 1/2 cup milk, shortening, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool slightly.
- In small bowl, mix coconut, brown sugar, nuts, butter and 2 tablespoons milk. Spread topping over cake. Set oven control to broil. Broil about 3 inches from heat about 3 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Your pie pan should be about 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep.
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, sugar, cinnamon, milk, and egg. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pie pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter with a blender or fork. You'll know it's done once you get a crumbly mixture. This is the topping for your coffee cake.
- Spread the topping over the cake batter evenly.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 9x13" deep dish glass baking dish.
- Mix baking mix, milk or cream, sugar and eggs.
- Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon about 45 seconds until mixture is smooth.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with half the peaches and half the Streusel Topping.
- Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle pecans or walnuts over top.
- Bake at 350° for about an hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Drizzle glaze over top.
- Combine Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Cut butter into ingredients with a pastry blender until well mixed.
- Mix together until desired consistency is achieved.
- Add more milk or cream if necessary.
