- Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

BISQUICK BEER BREAD RECIPE - (4.1/5)

- 1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom only of 9x5-inch loaf pan with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the butter. 2. In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, sugar and beer with whisk until well blended. Pour into pan. 3. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. 4. In small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 2 to 3 tablespoons butter on High until melted; brush over warm loaf. Cool 15 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening until it has cornmeal consistency. Stir in beer, and knead lightly.
- Roll dough out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

BEER BREAD WITH BISQUICK
This recipe is by Angie McGowan and Bisquick. Very simple and sound real delicious although I have not yet tried it.. I do love this type of bread so I will give it a try in the near future.

- 1. Heat oven to 375^. Grease or spray bottom only of a 9x5-inch loaf pan In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick,sugar and beer then add the melted butter and whisk until well blended. Pour into pan
- 2. Bake 45-55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 10 minutes then run knife around sides of pan and remove loaf to wire rack to cool. Brush all over with melted butter and Cool 15 minutes before slicing. Great to serve with soups and chili.
