1 fluid ounce coconut rum
¾ fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1 dash grenadine syrup

Steps:

  • Combine rum, vodka and pineapple juice in a drink shaker. Shake firmly until frothy. Pour in a martini glass, add a touch of grenadine in the middle. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 oz coconut rum
2 oz vodka
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz lemonade
1 oz grenadine
crushed ice
Cherries and Pineapple, for garnish

Steps:

  • In 12 oz glasses, add vodka, rum, pineapple juice, and lemonade. Gently stir to mix.
  • Add crushed ice to each glass.
  • Slowly pour into the drink, slowly, on the side. Allow drink to rest for a minute while the grenadine settles.
  • Place cherry and pineapple on toothpicks, and serve.
