1/2 onion, diced
3 dill pickle spears, diced
6 slices fat-free American cheese
1 (8 ounce) can reduced-fat crescent rolls
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 tomatoes, diced
10 tablespoons fat-free thousand island salad dressing

Steps:

  • Brown beef and onion in a pan.
  • Add diced pickle.
  • Pour in an 11x8 casserole dish.
  • Place the slices of cheese even over the beef mixture.
  • Unroll crescent dough and lay on top. Seams don't have to be pinched together.
  • Bake at 350 until golden brown.
  • Serve topped with lettuce, tomato, and Thousand Island.

2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 small onion (diced)
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheese
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Shredded lettuce (optional for topping)
Pickle Slices (optional for topping)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing or ketchup
4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon grated white onion
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onions.
  • Add ground beef mixture to bottom of slow cooker.
  • Stir in Worcestershire Sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese, cream cheese and heavy cream.
  • Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
  • Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Add shredded lettuce and pickles if desired.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup white onion, diced
2 russet potatoes, diced (about 4 cups)
1 can diced tomatoes, drained well
1 green pepper, seeds and stem removed and diced
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1/2 cup homemade Special Sauce
Shredded romaine lettuce
Additional diced white onion, dill pickles, sesame seeds, diced tomatoes, extra drizzle of Special Sauce

Steps:

  • Add the diced white onion and ground beef into a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until the onion is translucent and the beef is browned. While it's cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F., and add the diced potatoes, diced green pepper, chopped pickles and diced tomatoes into a large casserole dish
  • When the ground beef and onion mixture is done, drain well to remove the grease. Return it to the pan and then stir in the Special Sauce. Add it to the casserole dish with the veggies
  • Next, add the sesame seeds, and then stir everything together to combine the meat with the vegetables. Make sure the casserole is arranged in an even layer in the dish and then cover with foil
  • Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are able to be pierced with a fork
  • Remove from the oven and top with your burger toppings and additional Special Sauce

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/4 cup mayo
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup diced dill pickle
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded triple cheddar cheese blend
24 oz frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Dump ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat along with a dab of margarine or butter.
  • Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
  • Once the ground beef is fully cooked, remove the pan from the heat and drain the excess grease.
  • Add the Thousand Island dressing, mayo, diced onion, diced dill pickle, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pan with the beef.
  • Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Dump the ground beef mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the beef.
  • Place the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the casserole until the tater tots are golden brown. 40-45 minutes.
  • Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded lettuce on top.
  • Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the lettuce.
  • Serve and enjoy!
