BIG BATCH BROWNIES
As kids we always knew when we were going to have company or there was going to be a bake sale somewhere because mom would make these brownies. They are rich, chocolatey and delicious and best of all make a big pan full.

SMALL BATCH GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
This recipe is inspired by the The Gluten free baking book by Donna washburn but I have made many changes that I believe impove the cookies texture and flavor. You could use any bean flour that you like i prefer the flavor of white bean flour also called great northern bean flour but garfava or garbanzo bean flour can work too. This makes only a small batch of cookies that is great when you don't need two dozen cookies.

CHEESY MINI BURGERS
I love these cute little bite-sized burgers. They are excellent for parties, and football gatherings and always go down a storm with the men folk! Great for children's parties too! These can be prepared up to a day before hand, then assembled and grilled.

BIG-BATCH GLUTEN-FREE BEEF BURGERS
This recipe makes 24 good-sized burgers. Use certified gluten-free oats if you are on a strict diet. A small (2-cup) blender works well. If you have a regular blender, you might be able to screw a 1-pint mason jar on instead of the regular blender. Blend your oats, dump them into a bowl, then, without washing the jar, blend the onions, garlic, and eggs.
