BIG BATCH CHEESEBURGER SOUP
When my mother-in-law gave me her recipe for cheeseburger soup, I changed it a little to make it my own. You can use turkey meat instead of beef or add bell peppers or jalapenos for a little kick. -Christina Addison, Blanchester, Ohio

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Transfer to a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Add potatoes, broth, milk, carrots, celery and seasonings. Cook, covered, on low until vegetables are tender, 7-9 hours., Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in sour cream. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Generously spray bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
- In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix and water until moistened. Spread evenly in pan. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered 35 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper so paper extends slightly beyond both long ends of pan.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs and pepper. Whisk mixture or beat with mixer just until blended. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake until cooked through and set, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 20 (3 x 2.5-inch/8 x 6 cm) pieces. Cut rolls in half; place a piece of egg on lower half of each roll. Cover with top halves. Serve with ketchup, if desired.

- 1. In 10-inch skillet, mix beef and ketchup. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; Spoon into ungreased 9- or 10-inch glass pie plate. stir in relish and 1 cup of the cheese.
- 2. Separate dough into 8 triangles; roll up 1 inch on shortest side of dough. Place dough on top of meat mixture in spoke pattern. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- 3. Bake at 375 degrees F 15 to 20 minutes.
