- Mix remaining ingredients in small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 20 to 30 seconds or until hot. Stir oil mixture; brush over potato slices.
- Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place whole sweet potatoes in a steamer over a couple of inches of boiling water, and cover. Cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Peel, and slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/2 inch slices. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, water and salt. When the sauce is bubbly and sugar is dissolved, pour over potatoes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, occasionally basting the sweet potatoes with the brown sugar sauce.

- Place sweet potatoes in 3-quart saucepan; add enough water to cover. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer covered about 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Shake potatoes in saucepan over low heat to dry.

On cookie sheets, place biscuits 2 inches apart. Cover; let rise in warm place 2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Heat oven to 400°F. Uncover biscuits. Bake 12 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
