Betty Crockers Lemon Cream Cheese Bundt Cake Recipes

LEMON POUND CAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 325°F. Generously spray bottom only of 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking spray with flour.
• In medium bowl, beat cake mix, cream cheese, water, grated lemon peel and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl frequently, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
• Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack or heatproof serving plate. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds or until frosting is thin enough to drizzle; stir. Spoon frosting evenly over cake, allowing frosting to drip down sides.

LEMON CREAM CHEESE BUNDT CAKE WITH LEMON GLAZE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 325°F. Generously spray 10- or 12-cup fluted tube cake pan.
• In large bowl, beat Cake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
• Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; turn upside down onto cooling rack or heatproof serving plate, and remove pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
• Place cake on serving plate. In medium bowl, beat powdered sugar and lemon juice, a little at a time, using whisk until thick glaze forms. (You may not need all the juice.) Pour evenly over cake. Store cake loosely covered.

EASY LEMON BUNDT CAKE RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 10 cup bundt pan by making sure it is well greased and floured or coated well with cake release. (See the note below on how to quickly make your own cake release.)
• Put the cake mix, instant pudding mix, sour cream, olive oil, eggs and water into a large mixing bowl.
• Beat until mixed together well. About 30-45 seconds.
• Spoon the batter in the prepared bundt pan and spread it out evenly.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. A skewer should come out clean and the top should be quite browned.
• Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes before inverting.
• Cool the cake completely before icing.
