Ingredients

4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed, divided
8 chocolate sandwich style cookies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

Line 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with foil. Mash 2 cups of strawberries in large bowl. Stir in condensed milk, juice and 2 cups of the whipped topping; pour into pan.
Top with combined chopped cookies and butter; press into mixture. Cover.
Freeze at least 6 hours. To serve, invert onto plate. Remove foil. Frost with remaining whipped topping. Top with remaining strawberries, sliced.

You can make this with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, I've done all of them. I have one daughter allergic to strawberries, so I just made this one a blueberry and froze the others. Enjoy

Ingredients

4 c fresh strawberries or blueberries (any berry you favor)
1 14 oz. can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c lemon juice
1 8 oz. tub cool whip thawed
8 oreo cookies finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter melted

Steps:

1. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil with the ends of the foil extending over sides of pan. Mash the berries in large bowl, add condensed milk, juice and the container of whipped topping, mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
2. Mix chopped cookies with butter. Spoon over whipped topping and berry mixture. Spread carefully. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
3. Invert dessert onto serving place when ready to serve. Remove foil. Spread with additional whipped topping and berries if desired. Put leftovers in freezer.
