1 tbsp. garlic powder;
2 tbsp. paprika;
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper;
2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries, coarsely chopped;
1 onion, chopped;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
1 cup homemade ketchup;
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar;
2 tbsp. coconut aminos or worcestershire sauce;

Add the onion and garlic to the saucepan and cook until soft. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes. If you want a smoother texture, pulse the sauce using an immersion blender. Remove the ribs from the oven and rub with the BBQ sauce, making sure they are well covered. Place on a preheated grill or back in the oven on broil, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Transfer the ribs to a cutting board, cut the racks between the bones, and serve.
