1 1/2 ounces dark rum
1/4 ounce grenadine
2 ounces pineapple juice or orange or passion fruit juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounces club soda, optional
Seasonal fruit, for garnish

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
Pour the rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and grenadine into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with club soda, if you like, and garnish with seasonal fruits. Serve and enjoy.

1 sprig fresh mint
1 teaspoon white sugar
½ cup ice
2 fluid ounces orange juice
1 fluid ounce lime juice
¼ fluid ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon pineapple juice
2 fluid ounces light rum
1 fluid ounce Jamaican rum
2 dashes triple sec
1 dash grenadine
1 orange slice
1 lemon slice
1 pineapple slice
1 maraschino cherry

Steps:

Lightly moisten the mint sprig and sprinkle with sugar. Set aside.
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour in orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Stir until the glass is frosted. Add light rum and Jamaican rum; stir until combined. Top with triple sec and grenadine. Garnish with slices of orange, lemon, pineapple, maraschino cherry, and the sugar-dipped spring of mint. Serve with a straw.

6 ounces goslings black seal rum
3 ounces barbados rum (or a good amber rum)
1 1/2 ounces simple syrup (Falernum is actually used which is a sweet syrup, but zaar didn't recognize it)
4 ounces fresh lime juice or 4 ounces lemon juice
6 ounces pineapple juice
4 dashes Angostura bitters
6 teaspoons good quality brandy
soda water
orange slice
lemon slice

Steps:

In a pitcher, thoroughly mix first six ingredients.
Divide punch among six individual tall glasses filled with crushed ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish each with an orange and a lemon and top with 1 teaspoon of brandy.

I make this fun and refreshing drink every 4th of July. It starts out with a slush base. The bitters off-set the sweetness just the right amount, and it's a beautiful color. Can be served in a punch bowl, or individual servings. Garnish with cherries, orange slices or other desired fresh fruit.

1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
14 fluid ounces water
1 ½ cups rum
¾ cup grenadine syrup
½ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon aromatic bitters
2 liters club soda

Steps:

Pour limeade into a large pitcher with a lid; stir in water, rum, grenadine syrup, lime juice, and bitters until well mixed. Cover pitcher and freeze punch until slushy, 8 hours to overnight.
Fill individual serving glasses with ice; Spoon about 3 tablespoons punch-slush mixture over ice. Top with club soda and stir gently.
