Toffee banana is a classic Chinese dessert. Slices of banana are battered and deep-fried, then coated with caramel but this is a very care full process because the stage of sugar caramel is wont to be for longer it makes the dish deliciously and crisp.

Steps:

  • To make the batter whisk together an equal quantity of corn flour, and all-purpose flour, then add the water and mix until smooth. Cut the bananas into roundels, and dip it in the batter and deep fry the bananas. For caramel take a pan add sugar, little water cook for medium heat until caramel forms, remove from the heat then working quickly and one at a time, add the fried bananas to the caramel and turn to coat, drop into ice water to set the caramel. Drain immediately then sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve with ice-cream.

Wonderful treat in winter You can use apple as well. I haven't tried any other fruits, but I guess anything that keeps its shape.

4 large bananas
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 large egg
1 teaspoon water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
ice water (large bowl)
peanut oil, the best to use

Steps:

  • Peel bananas and cut them into 1.5" chunks Combine flour, cornstarch, egg, water and mix till smooth.
  • Heat frying oil till moderately hot.
  • Dip the banana chunks into the batter, lift them out one at a time, tap off the excess batter and put them into the hot oil.
  • Fry for 1-2 minutes, till the batter is golden.
  • Lift them out right away and drain on paper towels.
  • Have the bowl of ice water nearby.
  • Put sugar and sesame seed in a clean dry pot, melt the sugar till it darkens a little.
  • Reduce heat to very low, just to keep it warm but not burned.
  • Dip the fried banana chunks in, a few at a time, coat them thoroughly with sugar syrup and sesame.
  • Lift them out into the ice water to harden, then lift them right now.
  • Serve right away with vanilla ice cream.
  • This dish doesn't freeze at all, and you should serve it right away.

5 very ripe bananas
4 eggs
1 cup shortening
2 ½ cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease 2 - 9x5 inch loaf pans. In a medium bowl, mash bananas and stir in the eggs until well blended. Set aside.
  • In large bowl, beat shortening and gradually add sugar. Stir in vanilla and banana mixture. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; blend into batter. Add walnuts if desired. Divide between the prepared pans.
  • Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

* 50 g shredded toasted coconut
* 75 g sugar
* 2 table spoon water
* 2 tea spoon chocolate candy
* 1/2 tea spoon vanilla
25 g butter

Steps:

  • Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the bananas for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until slightly golden in color.
  • Sprinkle the sugar into the pan, add water and bring it to the boil, it will dissolve .[caramel] Put the bananas ,add vanilla
  • Sprinkle the toasted coconut over the bananas,decorate with2 tea spoon chocolate candy.serve with yogurt. enjoy.
