This marinated chicken drumsticks recipe is very easy and uses very simple ingredients while obtaining the best results. Make this chicken Spanish-style.

Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate the chicken overnight. It helps to knead the bag every now and then to make sure the chicken is completely covered.
- Preheat the oven to 140°C/fan 120°C/285°F/gas mark 1.
- Arrange the drumsticks in a dish in a single layer. Drizzle a bit of marinade over them to keep them moisturized. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Take the chicken out of the oven and increase the temperature to 180°C/fan 160°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
- Remove the foil and pour a bit more marinade to the chicken and make sure the drumsticks are well-coated.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, turning several times, until the chicken is tender and nicely glazed.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

- In a large bowl, combine the garlic, the paprika, the barbecue sauce, the brown sugar, the olive oil and whisk to combine.
- Next, add in the beer and whisk to combine.
- Add in the chicken drumsticks and stir gently to make sure they're all submerged in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with kitchen wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- About an hour before you intend to grill the drumsticks, remove the bowl from the fridge, and pour out the marinade and discard. Leave the drumsticks in the bowl.
- Preheat your grill.
- Immediately before grilling, add in the grilling salt to the chicken drumsticks and mix to combine with your hands or tongs.
- Lay your chicken drumsticks on the grill so that they are evenly spaced and over direct heat. Cook, turning every 5 or so minutes, for about 30 minutes, or until they are charred to perfection and reach an internal temperature of 165F degrees on an instant read thermometer.

- Season the chicken drumsticks with one tablespoon of steak seasoning, and cumin powder. Place in a deep bowl and add orange juice and beer. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Remove chicken drumsticks from marinade and preheat grill to 500ºF.
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season with remaining tablespoon of steak seasoning and cracked pepper. Squeeze juice of one lime over top.
- Place chicken drumsticks on grill skin side down for 5 minutes. Turn heat down to 400ºF and then cook drumsticks for an additional 20 minutes turning every 5 minutes until golden brown.

- Stir the beer, brown sugar, kosher salt, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and teriyaki marinade together in a bowl.
- Rub the chicken legs thoroughly with the vegetable oil. Poke several holes in the flesh of the chicken legs with a fork; arrange in a single layer in a glass dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken legs; marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

- In a bag, add chicken, chipotle powder, garlic powder, black pepper, lemon juice, salt and beer. Mix thoroughly so evenly coated and place in fridge to marinate for 4 hours.
- Using charcoal or wood, safely create a fire for direct grilling
- From your Stanley Base Camp Cook Set, pull out the skillet and spatula. Add skillet to fire and preheat for 2 minutes.
- Add butter to skillet and let melt. Once melted, take chicken out of bag and add to skillet. Throw away marinade. Let chicken cook for about 20-25 minutes over fire or until internal temperature is 165F.
- Once done, pull chicken off skillet and add to the Stanley Base Camp Pot. Add BBQ sauce and honey to chicken. Mix until thoroughly coated.
- Add chicken back to skillet and let caramelize the outside layer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pull chicken off skillet, add cilantro if desired, pour a mega pint of beer into the Stanley Cermivac Stein from the Growler and enjoy!
