BEEFY ITALIAN RAMEN SKILLET
Quick-cooking ramen noodles allow you to get this zesty stovetop dinner on the table in little more than half an hour.

Steps:
- Break blocks of noodles in half (reserve one seasoning packet; discard second packet); set aside. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and pepperoni over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
- Stir tomatoes, water and reserved seasoning packet into beef mixture. Heat to boiling. Stir in noodles and bell pepper. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Sprinkle cheese on noodle mixture in ring around edge of skillet. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Steps:
- cook noodles as instruction on pkg.
- add seasoning pkgs; drain off most liquids.
- set aside.
- meanwhile in 10 in skillet over med-high heat, cook beef and onion till beef is browned and onion tender, stirring to separate meat.
- spoon off fat.
- stir in tomato soup, water, worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper.
- stir in reserved noodles.
- heat through, stirring occasionally.
- garnish with the spices and parm cheese.

- 1. COOK GROUND BEEF AND PEPPERONI, THEN DRAIN AND SET ASIDE.
- 2. THEN ADD THE 4 PACKS OF BEEF RAMEN NOODLES AND 1 PACK OF THE SEASONING MIX, 2 CAN OF DICED TOMATOES WITH BASIL AND 2 CUPS OF WATER.
- 3. MIX ALL THIS TOGETHER AND COVER, LET COME TO FULL BOIL, STIR OCCASIONALLY. NOTE:
- 4. NOTE: THE MORE PACKS OF RAMEN NOODLES YOU ADD YOU WILL NEED TO ADD ANOTHER CAN OF TOMATOES W/BASIL AND ANOTHER CUP OF WATER.
- 5. AFTER THIS COMES TO A FULL BOIL THEN ADD THE MOZZARELLA CHEESE AROUND THE EDGE OF SKILLET, THEN COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.

- Brown the ground beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the excess grease away.
- In a small bowl, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, ginger, and 1 packet of seasoning mix from the ramen noodles. You can discard the other one or save it for something else. Mix well and pour into the skillet. Bring to a boil then roughly break up the ramen noodles and add them to the skillet. Stir to combine then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until the noodles are tender and the vegetables are cooked to your liking. Serve immediately.
