BEEFY ONION GOUDA BURGER



Beefy Onion Gouda Burger image

This burger is easy to make and very tasty. My husband and friends love it. Grill it, pan fry or broil it.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg lipton beefy onion soup mix
2 1/2 lb ground chuck
1 Tbsp horseradish mustard
2 Tbsp cream
kosher salt to taste
gouda cheese slices
whole wheat hamburger buns (optional)
romaine lettuce leaves (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Combine beefy onion soup mix, ground chuck, mustard, cream and salt. Mix well.
  • 2. Cook to your preference - done, medium, medium well, rare. Add cheese to burger shortly before removing from heat.
