BBQ BEEF CUPS
This is a great recipe, easy to make, and popular with kids! You can use different flavors of barbecue sauce and different kinds of refrigerator biscuits as well (although I recommend the Pillsbury Grands sized ones as easiest to use).

Steps:
- For the base: Make the brownies according to the package instructions. Let cool and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
- For the cherries: Combine the frozen cherries, wine, granulated sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- For the cheesecake layer: Meanwhile, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with a hand mixer or in a food processor.
- Layer 1/2 cup of the brownie cubes into a 12-ounce stemless wine glass, mason jar or similar. Top with a large dollop of the whipped cream cheese mixture, using a spoon to create a well for the cherries. Spoon an eighth of the cherries into the well, top each with a sprig of mint if desired.
BEEF CUPS
I made these for my family's dinner. My family really liked these. My 4 yrs old newphew really liked these. We thought they tasted so yummy. They were so easy to make and fast. When I made these I used store brand bread. I found it easier to cut the crust off my bread to fit them in my medium size muffin tin. I also used more Tabasco sauce. I found it's best to bake the muffin tin on a cookie sheet lined with foil as the cheese melts over. I got the recipe from Pinching Your Pennies.

BEEF BISCUIT CUPS
These have reached comfort food status in my house. Very easy to make, spices can be added to personal taste, same with types of cheese, sauce, etc. This can easily be adjusted to a lower fat version by adjusting the ground beef fat content, biscuits and cheese. I am sure there are lots of these recipes or similar variations floating around the Zaar.
