Every party-and tortilla chip-deserves beef and Old El Paso bean dip, made with tomatoes, onions and spice. It's quick and easy appetizer favorite.

Steps:
- Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook beef and onion in skillet 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain well.
- Stir in refried beans and tomatoes. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheese.
- Spoon dip into serving dish or 1 1/2- to 2-quart slow cooker on Low heat setting. Dip will hold up to 2 hours in slow cooker. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the refried beans, taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup of salsa. Mix well and spread into the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish using a spoon or an offset spatula.
- Next, spread the sour cream evenly over the bean mixture, followed by the guacamole.
- Spoon the remaining cup of salsa evenly over the guacamole, then sprinkle the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and finally the black olives. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, lightly sprinkle with chopped cilantro and squeeze lime juice over the top. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add minced garlic and diced onions to hot oil in pan and heat for a few minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Add Laura's Lean Ground Beef and cook until browned under medium-high heat, making the beef into crumbles.
- Drain meat.
- Add the enchilada sauce and taco seasoning to pan with beef mixture.
- Add corn and diced green chiles.
- Next, add refried beans. Mix until the refried beans have been incorporated into the beef mixture.
- Gently fold in the black beans and cook through.
- Pour beef mixture into a casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. After removing from oven, garnish with chopped green onion.

BEEF AND BEAN SKILLET NACHO DIP
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and jalapeno to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, paprika, oregano, and onion powder. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef and cook while breaking it up into crumbles, for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, water, and 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro.
- Season well with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Cook until bubbling.
- Remove from the heat. Add the shredded cheese evenly to the top of the mixture then place it into the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, avocado, green onions, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips, salsa, and sour cream. Serve and enjoy!

- Microwave ground beef, taco seasoning, and garlic in bowl, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Break up any large pieces of beef with spoon, then drain off fat.
- Drain tomatoes, reserving ¼ cup juice.
- Using potato masher, mash half of beans with reserved tomato juice in large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Stir in beef mixture, remaining beans, tomatoes and 1 ½ c Monterey Jack cheese until well combined.
- 1 ½ -5 quart slow cooker: Transfer mixture to slow cooker, cover, and cook until heated through, 1-2 hours on LOW.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat butter and oil in a very large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and chili powder; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
