- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a lightly buttered casserole dish, combine flour, salt, and sugar; mix in melted butter and corn.
- Beat eggs and add to milk. Stir into corn mixture.
- Place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and stir with fork, disturbing the top as little as possible.
- Return to oven for 10 more minutes. Repeat stirring procedure.
- Return to oven for 10 more minutes. Repeat stirring procedure.
- Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until top is light brown and pudding is firm.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Stir together the corn, flour, salt, sugar, and butter. Beat the eggs well. Mix in the milk, then stir in the corn, and pour the mixture into a greased 8 by 8-inch baking dish. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In the baking pan, melt butter (oven or microwave). Add the corn, flour, sugar and salt and stir until combined. In a bowl, beat the eggs until they are well combined, and add the milk, beating well. Place the baking pan with the corn mixture in the middle of the preheated 450 degree F oven. Carefully pour the milk and egg mixture into the pan with the corn mixture and stir. Bake for 45 minutes. Stir vigorously with a long-pronged fork for a few seconds after 15 and 30 minutes. The stirring gives a fluffy texture.
