SAND CUPS



Sand Cups image

The recipe is for individual cups (you'll need 8-10 clear, 7 ounce plastic cups), but I believe you can use a bucket instead.

2 cups milk
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with a whisk until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Add whipped topping and half of the crushed cookies and fold in.
  • Place 1 Tablespoon crushed cookies into each cup. Fill cups 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate 1 hour. Decorate before serving.
  • Suggested Decorations: small paper umbrellas, gummy worms, gummy sharks, candy stars, chopped peanuts.

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, divided
20 bear-shaped gummy candies

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in COOL WHIP and 1/2 cup graham crumbs.
  • Spoon into 10 (6- to 7-oz.) paper or plastic cups; cover with remaining graham crumbs.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with candies just before serving.

Quick and easy, it is a great breakfast, you can bake these lovely quiche in the earlier morning, you can also make them in advance and freeze them.

Steps:

  • Microwave the spinach for 2½ minutes on high(or you can use steamer). Drain the excess liquid. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Lightly cool on a wire rack, serve warm.
