Steps:
- Trim away any excess fat from the pork butt. Pat the pork butt dry with a paper towel and make the rub.
- Add the ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, apple cider vinegar, mustard powder, salt, chili powder, pepper, and onion powder to a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir to combine
- Add about half of the sauce to the bottom of the crock pot and set the pork butt inside. Pour the remaining sauce over the pork butt, and turn on the slow cooker.
- Cook for 6 hours on the high setting or 8 hours on the low setting. Shred with two forks and stir the pulled pork so that it is coated in the sauce.
- To assemble the sliders, spread the inside of each bun with a thin layer of mayonnaise (if using). Add a scant 1/2 cup of pulled pork to the bottom bun, top with a pinch of coleslaw, a couple of pickles, a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Finally, cap with the top bun. Repeat for the remaining sliders.

Steps:
- For the BBQ pork: Whisk together the smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in a large bowl. Add the pork shoulder and turn to coat.
- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over low heat and cook the pork, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the pork to a plate. Combine the onions with the chili sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and 1 cup water in a slow cooker and whisk together. Add the pork shoulder, cover and cook on low until the pork is hot and cooked through, 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove the pork to a cutting board and set aside. Pour the liquid into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook over high heat until reduced by half or the sauce is thick, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, shred the pork with 2 forks or chop into pieces. Put back in the slow cooker and top with the reduced sauce, to taste.
- For the slaw: Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the cabbage and carrots and toss until coated.
- To serve, place the pulled pork on the bottom buns, top with the slaw, then close the sliders.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix ground pork and BBQ sauce together. I find it easiest to mix in a stand mixer, but by hand works great too. Press ground pork mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While it bakes, chop onion, and add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add onions, season with salt and pepper, and saute for 7-8 minutes until they become translucent.
- Remove the pork from the oven and cut the pork in half (or quarters) totransfer to a clean flat surface. It can be tricky to move the pork as it cancrumble easily. Use two large spatulas to transfer in pieces. Drain grease and wipe the bottom of the pan clean.
- Slice sliders in half length-wise, if not already done so. Place the bottom of the sliders in the baking dish and carefully place ground pork on top. Add sauteed onions and mozzarella. Place the top of the buns on top. Melt 3 tablespoons butter with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and brush over the tops of the buns.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven, then remove andslice each individual slider.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls horizontally in half; arrange bottom halves in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking pans. Sprinkle each pan of rolls with 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes., Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with bacon. Replace tops. For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Microwave, covered, on high until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.
