I have used this recipe for 30 years. My husband loves it and he is picky.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
- Combine milk and soft bread crumbs in a small bowl and allow to soften, about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, egg, 3 tablespoons steak sauce, chopped onion, and green bell pepper. Add bread crumb mixture, and mix with your hands until all ingredients are combined.
- Pat the the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Brush the top with additional steak sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until done. Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing.

- In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, stuffing and onion soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 5 loaves; arrange around the edge of a microwave-safe dish., Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Top with the remaining barbecue sauce. If desired, sprinkle with minced parsley.

- Soak onion rings in egg batter, remove and shake off any excess liquid.
- Gredge in flour until rings are completely covered.
- Remove from flour and shake any excess.

- Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper , ketchup , salt and pepper.
- Shape into small loaves ( About 6 or so). Place in foiled lined baking pan. Make butter BBQ sauce in a pot on stovetop.
- Melt butter in a sauce pot and add onions. Cook until tender ( About 3 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer about 3 more minutes.
- Cover meat loaves before baking with BBQ sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
