GRILLED KING CRAB LEGS
Sweet king crab legs are enhanced with simple and fresh flavors to create a gourmet meal in a flash. Great served with a baked potato and some grilled corn on the cob.

Steps:
- Preheat grill for medium heat.
- Lay 4 sheets of aluminum foil on a work surface; place 1 crab leg on each sheet. Squeeze 1 lemon quarter on each crab leg; place squeezed lemon quarter next to each crab leg. Cut 1/4 cup butter into small cubes; dot crab legs. Sprinkle parsley and chopped garlic on each crab leg. Season each crab leg with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cover each crab leg with remaining sheets of aluminum foil; roll top and bottom edges together to create sealed packets.
- Cook packets on preheated grill until crab legs are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, about 20 minutes.
- Melt remaining butter in a small saucepan over low heat; serve with crab.

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Mix in garlic powder, seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Remove legs from crab bodies. Pull apart shells and remove meat.
- Loosely wrap crabmeat and legs in aluminum foil, and place on the prepared grill. Unwrap slightly, and coat with the butter mixture. Cook until pink and flaky, 15 to 20 minutes.

GRILLED CRAB LEGS
Steps:
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Spritz crab legs all over with olive oil spray and place on hot grill.
- Cover and cook about 7 minutes on each side, or until the meat in the center is heated through.
- Use a sharp paring knife (and a mitt or glove to handle) and cut slits along the side so it's easy to pull the meat out.
- Remove to plates and serve with lemon wedges and melted butter, if desired.

- Lightly cook the garlic in the olive oil in a saute pan (about 2 to3 minutes on medium-low heat). Allow to cool.
- Add the crab and toss with the salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to high, carefully place all the marinated crab onto the grill, allowing the oil to drip off before putting onto the grill, and cover with lid. Allow to cook about 4 to 5 minutes then turn over and allow to cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, and place into a large metal bowl. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the crab and toss well.
- Serve on a large platter with fresh lemon wedges and chopped Italian parsley.

- Preheat your grill to medium.Split the shells of 3 pounds of crab legs and place them on a baking sheet split-side up.
- Combine the ingredients to make garlic butter sauce in a bowl using a spoon. Use melted butter so you have a sauce.
- Gently spoon the garlic butter over the meat of the crab legs. Reserve additional butter for serving after grilling crab legs.
- Place the split crab legs on the grill, shell-side down. Close the lid and grill for approximately 10 minutes or until the crab is cooked through. Crab leg meat is cooked when it is reddish-orange and opaque.
- Remove from the grill and serve with the delicious garlic butter sauce and fresh lemon wedges. Enjoy!

- In a large stock pot, bring a large amount of water to a boil. Place the crab legs into the water and boil until opaque and flaky. Remove the crab legs from the water and cut a slit into each of the leg shells. In a small bowl, stir together the pepper, garlic salt, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, and salt. Add the vegetable oil and stir well. Brush the mixture onto the crab legs prior to serving. Melt the 1/2 stick of butter and serve alongside the crab legs.

- Clean and crack the crabs, keeping the legs attached to their respective body segments. Using the back of a heavy knife, crack the shell of each leg joint (without breaking them into pieces) to allow the marinade to penetrate. Place in a large mixing bowl.

- Pour the herb mixture over the crabs and mix with your hands, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the crab to marinate.
