THE BEST BBQ BURGERS EVER!
Juicy, full flavor burgers that are seriously the bomb! We love these and there's plenty of room to change them up and make them your own!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
- Fire up the grill.
- Using the yumms! Premium Burger Press, form 4 perfectly shaped burgers patties.
- Grill the patties for 12-14 minutes turning once. Do not push down on burgers or you will wind up with a dryer burger.
- About a minute or two before you are finished cooking, brush the tops of the burgers with a little more barbecue sauce.
- Remove from grill and serve on buns with any toppings you desire!
BBQ BURGERS
Steps:
- Heat a gas or charcoal grill to high. Brush the grill grates with oil.
- For the coleslaw: Combine the carrot, cabbage, onion, vinegar, mayonnaise, oil and sugar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the slaw sit at least 15 minutes before serving.
- For the spice rub: Whisk together the ancho chile powder, paprika, coriander, cumin, mustard powder, oregano, cayenne and 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- For the burgers: Divide the meat into 4 equal portions (about 6 ounces each). Shape each portion with your hands into a round patty, about 3/4 inches thick. Use your thumb to make a divot in the center of each burger. Sprinkle both sides of each burger with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the spice rub on one side of the burgers then brush with oil. Grill, spice rub-side down first, covered, until golden brown and slightly charred, about 4 minutes per side for medium.
- While the burgers cook, toast the buns on the grill until lightly charred, 10 to 15 seconds. Set aside.
- Add 2 slices of cheese to the tops of each burger. Cover the burgers with the grill lid, large domed lid or large metal bowl and count to 10 until the cheese is melted.
- Place the burgers on the bottom buns and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the BBQ sauce on each. Top with the sliced pickled jalapenos, some of the coleslaw and the top buns and serve immediately.
BBQ BURGER BITES

- FILL buns with burgers.

- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, turning often, until browned but not overly crisp. Drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 tablespoon drippings. Cut each bacon slice into 4 pieces.
- On each toothpick, thread 1 tomato half, 1 bacon piece and 1 lettuce piece; set aside.
- In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients except cheese. Fold in cheese. Shape tablespoonfuls of mixture into meatballs; flatten slightly to resemble hamburgers.
- In same skillet, heat bacon drippings over medium-high heat. Cook burgers in drippings 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Insert 1 toothpick in each burger; serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a medium baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a medium skillet over medium high heat, stir together ground beef, dry onion soup mix and dry minced onion. Cook until beef is evenly brown. Remove from heat, drain and stir in mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
- Slice tops off the dinner rolls. Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet. Spoon some of the ground beef mixture onto each roll. Garnish with pickle slices. Place tops back on rolls.
- Tightly wrap the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with non stick cooking spray. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; pinch perforations to seal. Cut each rectangle into 6 squares. Press each square in bottom and up side of mini muffin cup. Bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Using handle of wooden spoon, immediately make 1 1/2 –inch indentation in center of each cup.
- Meanwhile sauté the onions in 1 tsp of oil until tender, then combine the meatballs, bbq sauce and 1 tbsp. of water in the skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until heated through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Place each half of the meatballs into the crescent cups, cut side facing up. Top each cup with a slice of cheese. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute, then remove cups.
- While they are finishing baking, render bacon pieces in a skillet until crisp. Drain on a paper towel lined plate. Top each cheeseburger bite with a piece of bacon and serve warm. Enjoy!
